The communication with the hosts was seamless-responsive on WhatsApp for both check-in and queries, which made settling in easy. I was fortunate to arrive early, and they kindly allowed me to check in for a quick shower-a thoughtful touch that speaks to the service here. The large room, with its private terrace, offered a welcome space to unwind, and the overall cleanliness was commendable. While breakfast isn't provided, the proximity to delightful cafes compensated well. The spacious bathroom and parquet flooring added a touch of homeliness, while the flat-screen TV and strong wi-fi kept me entertained during downtime. Sottosopra balances luxury with affordability, making it a wise choice for budget-conscious travelers focused on enjoying Bergamo's charm.
